I just opened my laptop and was cmd tabbing through windows and noticed that Neo Office was open. “Why is that open?” I thought and tabbed over to close it.
Then I realized it was a Power Point presentation about “natural logic for textual inference.” He had emailed it to me and I downloaded it, but I have so much stuff like this that I knew I would never read it unless I opened it and left it open until I read it.
It’s in a state of “Desktop as Inbox” or something. Don’t feel like reading it now, so it will just stay open in the background until I read or or restart (then it goes back to the abyss).
