Simple Menu
Cc and I were noting this morning how we dug simple menus like this
one at 9th St espresso. I’ve always admired the Google UI of simple
efficiency on the web, and love to see similar design in the physical
world.
Fewer choices means you’ve thought more about what you’re offering.
You’re making an editorial decision. Bonus: you cut costs by stocking
a smaller inventory. Dig it.
